What You'll Do:
- Ensure residents receive their medications accurately and on time, which is vital for their health and well-being.
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents, providing emotional support and companionship, which can significantly enhance their quality of life.
- Observe any changes in residents' health and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
What You'll Need:
- An active CNA certification
- TMA/CMA course completion with skills passed
