What You’ll Do

Provide quality nursing care under the direction of the RN and healthcare team
Give medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
Keep accurate, timely clinical documentation
Work with residents, families and team members to deliver excellent care

What We’re Looking For

Current LPN license in the State of Minnesota
Ability to work [minimum availability, e.g., 2 shifts per month, including one weekend and holiday rotation]
Strong communication and organizational skills
A compassionate, dependable, resident-focused approach
Senior living or long-term care experience a plus
