This is a pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for RN and LPN roles, specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application.

What You'll Do:
- Provide and coordinate nursing care tailored to each resident’s individual needs
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

- Assist with training and supporting care staff to uphold quality standards
What You'll Need:
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Minnesota
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
