In this role, you’ll help create a positive dining experience for residents by preparing and serving meals while supporting their nutritional needs. What You'll Do as Dietary Aide:
- Prepare and serve meals tailored to individual dietary needs, ensuring food is appetizing, properly portioned, and served at the right temperature.
- Assist residents who need help eating, monitor food intake, and accommodate special dietary requirements like pureed or texture-modified meals.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, sanitize equipment, and follow strict hygiene protocols. Document meal service details and track residents' nutritional intake.
What You'll Need:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Experience working in a senior living community is preferred but not required.
