What You'll Do:

Follow and maintain standards of sanitation and safety for personnel, food preparation, storage, kitchen equipment, and all department areas.
Receives and stores food and supplies, and assures they are stored properly.
Ensures food safety and sanitation practices are adhered to, and the timing of meals is met.
Communicate with residents, guests, and co-workers professionally and pleasantly.

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience working in a kitchen environment is required
Knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen safety regulations
